| Initial Public Offering of 25,00,175 equity shares of face value Rs. 10 each ("equity shares") of the company for cash at a price of Rs. 400 per equity share (including a share premium of Rs. 390 per equity share) ("Issue Price"), Aggregating Rs. 100.00 Crores ("Issue"). The issue includes a reservation of 26,315 equity shares aggregating to Rs. 1 crores for purchase by Eligible Employees ("The Employee Reservation Portion"). The issue less the employee reservation portion is hereinafter referred to as the "Net Issue". The Issue and the net issue constitutes 25.00% and 24.74%, Respectively of the post-issue paid-up equity share capital of the company.
