| Public Issue of 68,72,852 Equity Shares of Rs 10/ each at a price of Rs 220 per Equity Share (Including a Premium of Rs 210 per Equity Share) for Non-Institutional and QIB Bidders and Rs 215 per Equity Share (including a Premium of Rs 205 per Equity Share) for Retail Individual Bidders Aggregating upto Rs 150.00 crores(The 'issue'), by Aqua Logistics Ltd (the "company " or the "issuer").
