| Initial public offering of 12,853,442 equity shares of face value Rs. 2 each ("equity shares") of the company for cash at a price of Rs. 1050~ per equity share through an offer for sale, by the selling shareholders aggregating Rs. 1347.76^^ crores ("offer"). The offer includes a reservation of up to 298,913 equity shares, aggregating up to Rs. 28.40 crores, for subscription by eligible employees on a competitive basis ("employee reservation portion"). The offer less the employee reservation portion is hereinafter referred to as the "net offer". The offer and the net offer will constitute up to 10.75% and 10.50%, respectively, of the post-offer paid-up equity share capital of the company.
