| Public issue of 5,58,000 equity shares of Rs. 10 each ("Equity Shares") of Shashwat Furnishing Solutions Ltd ("SFSL" or the "Company" or the "Issuer") for cash at a price of Rs. 45 per equity share including a share premium of Rs. 35 per equity share (The "Issue Price") aggregating to
Rs. 2.51 crores ("The Issue") of which upto 30,000 equity shares of Rs. 10 each for a cash at a price of Rs. 45 per equity share including a share premiun of Rs. 35 per equity share aggregating to Rs. 0.14 crores will be reserved for subscription by market maker to the issue (The "Market Maker Reservation Portion"). The issue less market maker reservation portion i.e. issue of upto 5,28,000 equity shares of Rs. 45 each of including a share premium of Rs. 35 per equity share aggregating to Rs. 2.37 crores is hereinafter referred to as "Net Issue". The issue and the net issue will constitute 26.72% and 25.29% respectively of the post issue paid up equity share capital of the company.
The face value of the equity shares is Rs. 10 each and the issue price of Rs. 45 is 4.5 times of the face value of the equity shares.
Bids can be made foa a minimum of 3000 equity shares and in multiples of 3000 equity shares thereafter. |
