| Initial Public Issue 5,39,200 Equity Shares of Rs. 10 /- Each ("Equity Shares") of NAAPBOOKS LTD ("NBL" OR The "Company") for cash at a price of Rs. 74/- per Equity Share (The "Issue Price"), agregating Rs. 3.99 Crores ("The issue"). of which 27,200 Equity Shares of Rs. 10/- each will be reserved for subscription by Market Maker to the issue (The "Market Maker Reservation Portion"). The issue less market maker reservation portion I.E. issue of 5,12,000 Equity Shares of Rs. 10/- each is hereinafter referred to as the "Net Issue". The issue and the net issue will constitute 29.04% and 27.58%, Respectively of the post issue pait up Equity Share capital of the company. Issue Price is Rs. 74/- per Equity Share of Face Value of Rs. 10/- each. The Issue Price is 7.4 times of the face value.
