| Initial Public Offering of up to 17,142,856 equity shares of face value Rs.10 each ("equity shares") of the company for cash at a price of Rs. 350 per equity share including a premium of Rs. 340 per equity share ("offer price"), aggregating to Rs. 600 Crores ("offer").
