| Initial public offer consisting of fresh issue of 49,32,000 equity shares of face value of Rs. 10/- each fully paid for cash at a price of Rs. 42 per equity share (the "issue price") (including a share premium of Rs. 32 per equity share) aggregating Rs. 20.71 crores (the "issue"), of which upto 2,49,000 equity shares of face value of Rs. 10/- each for cash at a price of Rs. 42/- per equity share, aggregating Rs. 1.05 crores well be reserved for subscription by the market maker to the issue (the "market maker reservation portion"). The issue less market maker reservation portion i.e. Issue of 46,83,000 equity shares of face value of Rs. 10/- each for cash at a price of Rs. 42/- per equity share, aggregating Rs. 19.67 crores is hereinafter refered to as the "net issue". The issue and the net issue will constitute 27.05% and 25.68% respectively of the fully diluted post issue paid up equity share capital of the company.
The face value of the equity shares is Rs.10 each.
Ths issue price is Rs.42 and is 4.2 times the face value of equity shares.
