| Public issue of up to 35,060,975 equity shares of face value of Rs. 10 each ("Equity Shares") of Coffee Day Enterprises Limited ("Company" or "Issuer") for cash at a price of Rs. 328 per equity share (Including a share premium of Rs. 318 per equity share) aggregating to Rs. 1150.00 crores ("The Issue").
