| Initial Public Offer of up to 18,246,400 equity shares of face value of Rs. 10 each ("equity shares") of Computer Age Management Services Limited ("company" or "issuer") for cash at a price of Rs. 1230 per equity share(including a share premium of Rs. 1220 per equity share), through an offer for sale of 18,246,600 equity shares aggregating to Rs. 2242.11 Crores ("Offer" or "Offer for sale") by NSE Investments Ltd (Selling shareholders"). This offer includes a reservation of 182,500 equity shares aggregating to Rs. 20.22 crores(constituting 0.37% of the post-offer paid-up equity share capital) for purchase by eligible employees (the "employee reservation portion"). The Offer less the employee reservation portion is hereinafter referred to as the "net offer". The offer and the net offer would constitute at least 37.40% and 37.03%, respectively, of the post-offer paid-up equity share capital.
The Offer Price is Rs.1230 per equity shares and is 123 times the face value of the equity shares. The Anchor investor offer price is Rs. 1230 per equity share.
