| Public issue of 75,04,000 equity shares of Rs. 10/- each ("Equity Shares") of Satkat Finlease Limited ("SFL" or The "Company" or The "Issuer") for cast at a price of Rs. 18/- per share (The "Issue Price"), aggregating to Rs. 13.51 crores ("The Issue"), of which, 3,84,000 equity shares of Rs. 10/- each will be reserved for subscription by Market Maker to the issue (The "Market Maker Reservation Portion").
