| Initial public offering of up to (*) equity shares of face value of Rs. 10 each ("equity shares") of Vectus Industries Limited ("the company" or the "issuer") for cash at a price of Rs. (*) per equity share ("offer price") aggregating up to Rs. (*) Crores, comprising a fresh issue of up to (*) equity shares aggregating up to Rs. 85 Crores ("fresh issue") and an offer for sale of up to 3,898,575 equity shares aggregating up to Rs. (*) Crores, comprising up to 657,341 equity shares by Ashish Baheti and up to 394,405 equity shares by Atul Ladha (together, the "promoter selling shareholders") and up to 2,846,829 equity shares by Latinia Limited (the "investor selling shareholder") (the investor selling shareholder and the promoter selling shareholders are collectively, the "selling shareholders") (the "offer for sale", and together with the fresh issue, the "offer"). The offer will constitute (*)% of the post-offer paid-up equity share capital.
The face value of each equity share is Rs.10 each. The offer price is (*) times the face value of the equity shares. The price band and the minimum bid lot will be decided by the company. |
