Public issue of 8,867,187 equity shares with a face value of Rs. 10 each of TD Power Systems Limited (The "Company" or The "Issuer") for cash at a price of Rs. 256 per equity share (including a share premium of Rs. 246 per equity share) aggregating to Rs. 227.00 crore (The "Issue").
