| Initial public offering up to (*) equity shares of face value of Rs 10 each (the "equity shares") of the ("company") for cash at a price of Rs (*) per equity share (including a premium of Rs (*) per equity share) (the "offer price") aggregating up to Rs (*) crores consisting of a fresh issue of up to (*) equity shares of the company aggregating up to Rs 215 Crores (the "fresh issue") and an offer sale up to 900000 equity shares aggregating up to (*) million ("Offered shares") by New York Life Investment Management India Fund (FVCI) II LLC (the "selling shareholder" and such offer of equity shares by the selling shareholder, the "offer for sale").
