| Public issue of 11,503,000 Equity Shares of Rs. 10/- each of Infinite Computer Solutions (India) Limited ("Infinite " or the "Company" or the "Issuer") for cash at a Price of Rs. 165 per equity share consisting of a fresh issue of 57,33,600 equity shares by the company and an offer for sale of 5,769,400 equity shares by Whiterock Investments (Mauritius) Limited, Mr. Vaibhav Bhatnagar and Mr. Sanjay Govil (the "Selling Shareholders") aggregating to Rs. 189.80 Crores (the "Issue"). The Issue constitutes 26.17% of the fully diluted post issue paid-up capital of the Company.
