| Public issue of 22,88,888 equity shares of Rs.10/- each ("equity shares") of ARSS Infrastructure Projects Limited ("ARSS" or The "Company" or The "Issuer") for cash at a price of Rs. 450 per equity share (including a share premium of Rs. 440 per equity share) aggregating upto Rs. 103.00 Crores ("Issue").
