| Initial public offering of 58,613,571 equity shares of face value of Rs. 10 each (the "equity shares") of Chalet Hotels Limited ("the company" or "the company" or "the Issuer") for cash at a price of Rs. 280 per equity share (including a share premium of Rs. 270 per equity share) (the "offer price") aggregating to Rs. 1641.18 Crores (the "offer") comprising a fresh issue of equity shares of 33,928,571 aggregating to Rs. 950 Crores ("fresh issue") and an offer for sale of 24,685,000 equity shares (the "offered shares") aggregating to Rs. 691.18 Crores, comprising an offer for sale of (i) o 5,550,000 equity shares aggregating to Rs. 155.40 Crores by Ravi C Raheja; (ii) 5,550,000 equity shares aggregating to Rs. 155.40 Crores by Neel C Raheja: (iii) 10,784,176 equity shares aggregating to Rs. 301.96 Crores by K Raheja Corp Private Limited; (iv) 800,000 equity shares aggregating to Rs. 22.40 Crores by Palm Shelter Estate Development LLP; and (v) 2,000,824 equity shares aggregating to Rs. 56.02 Crores By Ivory Properties and Hotels Private Limited (collectively the "selling shareholders", and such offer for sale, the "offer for sale"). The offer shall Constitute 28.59% of the post-offer paid-up equity share capital of the company.
The Offer Price is Rs.280 per equity share of face value of Rs.10 each.
The Offer price is 28 times the face value of the equity shares.
