| Public issue of 16,666,667 equity shares of face value of Rs. 10 each of Tribhovandas Bhimji Zaveri Limited (The "Company" or The "Issuer") for cash at a price of Rs. 120 per equity share (including a share premium of Rs. 110 per equity share) aggregating to Rs. 200.00 crores (The "Issue"). The issue will constitute 25% of the post issue paid up capital of the company.
The face value of equity shares is Rs. 10 each. The issue price is Rs. 120 per equity share and is 12 times the face value of the equity share.
