Company has reserved a portion of 458,203 equity shares for allocation and allotment to eligible employees (as defined herein), ("employee
Reservation portion"). The offer less employee reservation portion is referred to as the net offer. The offer and the net offer constitute
12.25% and 12.00% respectively, of the pre and post offer paid-up equity share capital of the company.
The face value of the equity shares is Rs. 10 each. The offer price is Rs.428 per equity share and is 42.8 times the face value of the equity shares
