| Initial public offering of 61,200,000 equity shares of face value of Rs.10 ("Equity Shares") of Reliance Nippon Life Asset Management Ltd ("Company" or "Issuer") for cash at a price of Rs.252 per equity share including a share premium of Rs. 242 per equity share (The "Offer Price"), aggregating to Rs. 1542.24 Crores (The "Offer") comprising a fresh issue of 24,480,000 equity shares by the company aggregating up to Rs. 616.90 Crores (The "Fresh Issue") and an offer for sale of 36,720,000 equity shares aggregating to Rs.925.34 Crores by the selling shareholders. The offer shall constitute 10% of the Post-Offer paid-up equity share capital of the company. The anchor investor offer price is Rs.252 per equity share. The face value of the equity share is Rs.10.
