Cochin Shipyard fixes record date for 2nd interim dividend

Cochin Shipyard has fixed 03 February 2026 as record date for 2nd interim dividend of Rs 3.50 per share of Rs 5 each for FY 205-26. The dividend shall be paid on or before 26 February 2026.
