Board of Paisalo Digital approves issuance of NCDs

The Board of Paisalo Digital at its meeting held on 09 May 2025 has approved the issuance of Non-Convertible Debt Securities (NCDs) on private placement basis, subject to the borrowing limits of Rs. 9000 crore.
