Consider and approve the audited Financial Results of the Company for the fourth quarter and financial year ended 31st March, 2026. 2. To consider any other matter with the permission of the Chairperson. Further, notice is hereby given that, as per Code of Conduct under SEBI (Prohibition of Insider Trading) Regulations, 2015, as amended, the company has already intimated to Exchange on 26th March, 2026 that the 'Trading Window' for dealing in the Equity Shares of the Company will remain close for all Promoters and Designated Persons from 01st April, 2026 till the end of 48 hours after declaration of the Financial Results by the Company for the financial year ended 31st March, 2026 |
