| Initial public offer of up to 1,47,96,000 equity shares of face value of Re. 1/- each ("Equity Shares") of Chiraharit Limited (the "Company" or the "Issuer") for cash at a price of Rs. 21/- per equity share, including a share premium of Rs. 20/- per equity share (the "Issue Price"), aggregating to Rs. 31.07 crores ("the Issue"), of which 7,44,000 equity shares of face value of Re. 1/- each for cash at a price of Rs. 21/- per equity share, aggregating to Rs. 1.56 crores will be reserved for subscriptions by the market maker to the issue (the "Market Maker Reservation Portion").
