| Initial Public Offer consisiting of fresh issue of upto 51,00,000* Equity Shares of face value of Rs. 10 each fully paid of Zircar Refractories Limited ("the issuer" or "the company") for cash at a price of (*) per equity share (including a share premium of Rs.
