(*) per equity share for cash, aggregating up to Rs.(*) Crores ("public offer") comprising of a fresh issue of up to 35,00,000 equity shares aggregating Rs.(*) Crores ("fresh issue") and an offer for sale of up to 15,00,000 equity shares comprising an offer of up to 1,00,000 equity shares by satya k. Kela, up to 7,00,000 equity shares aggregating to Rs.(*) Crores by Kishore Kela up to 2,50,000 equity shares aggregating to Rs.(*) Crores by Kishore Kela (HUF) up to 3,00,000 equity shares aggregating to Rs.(*) Crores by Swati Singhi up to 1,00,000 equity shares aggregating to Rs.(*)Crores by Vandana Kela and and 50,000 equity shares by Mr. Adarsh Jaju colletcively refer to as the "selling shareholders"). The public offer and net offer will constitute 30.37 % of the post- offer paid-up equity share capital of the company.
The face value of the equity shares is Rs.10 each. The price band and the minimum bid lot will be decided by the company.
