| Public issue of up to 12,48,000 equity shares of Rs.10 each ("equity shares") of Star Health Sciences India Limited ("shsil" or the "company" or the "issuer") for cash at a price of Rs.(*) per share (the "issue price"), aggregating to Rs.(*) Crores ("the issue"), of which up to 66,000 equity shares of Rs.10 each will be reserved for subscription by market maker to the issue ("market maker reservation portion").
