| Public issue of 84,44,000 equity shares of Rs.10 each at a price of Rs. 100/- per equity share for cash aggregating Rs. 8,444.00 lakhs (hereinafter referred to as the "issue"), including promoters' contribution of 9,31,185 equity shares of Rs. 10 each at a price of Rs.100/- per equity share for cash aggregating Rs. 433.16 lakhs (hereinafter referred to as the "promoters' contribution"), and employee reservation of 4,22,200 equity shares of face value of Rs. 10 each at a price of Rs.100/- per equity share for cash aggregating Rs. 422.20 lakhs (hereinafter referred to as the "employee reservation portion"). The issue less the promoters' contribution and employee reservation portion shall be hereinafter referred to as the "net issue". The issue will constitute 29.88% of the post issue paid-up capital of the company. The net issue will constitute 25.08% of the post issue paid-up capital of the company
